International Observatory
Research and Study Centre on Quantum Logos (OILQ)
Campus HETG - Geneva
Established on 20 October 2025
Mission and Vision
The International Observatory - Research and Study Centre on Quantum Logos (OILQ) provides a dedicated scientific and cultural space for the study of language as a generative force and
fundamental principle of order. The Logos is explored as a semantic and vibrational field capable of activating coherent processes within matter, guiding human consciousness, and supporting elevated forms of diplomatic and cultural dialogue.
Fully integrated within the scientific mission of Campus HETG, the OILQ expands its research
horizon through an interdisciplinary approach that brings together quantum physics, Greek
linguistics, neuroscience, philosophy, comparative theology, light studies, and the social sciences.
Directed by Prof. Charalampos (Haris) Koudounas, creator of the Theory of Quantum Logos and
Morphogenesis (SIAE registration n. 2025/02011), the Observatory promotes an innovative paradigm of knowledge based on the informational resonance linking word, matter, and consciousness.
Foundation Purpose
The OILQ was established to highlight the ontological power of the word and to investigate language as an active quantum field. In an era of accelerated communication and increasing complexity, the Observatory offers a dedicated centre for exploring the creative force of Logos as a source of structure, meaning, and harmony.
The project is grounded in the insight that every word carries an energetic and semantic imprint
capable of generating measurable effects in matter and within the human psyche. On this basis, the OILQ emerges as an international research hub devoted to scientific experimentation, advanced training, and cultural diplomacy.
Research Directions
The Observatory studies the Logos as a semantic quantum field, active both on the
phenomenological and the physical-informational planes. Its main research axes include:
-
Experimental Research
-
Semantic resonance studies on water exposed to archetypal words.
-
Morphological and luminous analysis of crystallization patterns.
-
Development of the Gallery of Logos Resonances, a scientific archive of forms generated by the word.
-
-
Methodological Standardization
-
Creation of replicable protocols in collaboration with laboratories specialized in quantum
physics, biophotonics, coherent water, and imaging techniques. -
Establishment of measurement criteria, reproducibility frameworks, and scientific
documentation standards.
-
-
Phenomenological Dimension
-
Exploration of perceptual, cognitive, and intersubjective experiences activated by archetypal words.
-
Study of the relationship between language, emotions, mental states, and cognitive
coherence.
-
-
Advanced Education
-
Programmes in linguistic neuro-education.
-
Pedagogy of archetypal Greek as a technology of consciousness.
-
Workshops, summer schools, intensive courses, and research laboratories.
-

Academic Programme
Master's in Quantum Logos and Transformation of Consciousness
Campus HETG - Launch 2026 - 60 ECTS
This Master’s degree is the first international academic programme entirely devoted to the study of Quantum Logos.
It integrates:
-
Greek linguistics and archetypal semiotics
-
Quantum physics and field science
-
Neuroscience and psychology of consciousness
-
Theology, anthropology, and philosophy
-
Light studies and symbolic phenomenology
Its objective is to cultivate scientific and interpretative competencies directed toward understanding the processes of transformation of consciousness and reality through the Logos.
Scientific Committee
The OILQ is supported by a Scientific Committee composed of scholars and researchers with
internationally recognised expertise:
-
Prof. Charalampos (Haris) Koudounas
Director of OILQ, Dean of the Faculty of Sociological Sciences at Campus HETG, Founder
of the Theory of Quantum Logos and Morphogenesis. -
Prof. Nicola Muscogiuri
President and Administrator of Campus HETG. -
Dr. Giuseppe Dimitri
Academic Coordinator of Campus HETG. -
Dr. Eng. Massimo Rogante
PhD in Nuclear Engineering, an international pioneer in the industrial applications of neutron
techniques for nano- and micro-characterization of industrial, biomedical, and cultural-
heritage materials. -
Prof. Livio Giuliani
Biophysicist, leading international expert on electromagnetic fields, former senior official at
INAIL and ISPESL, with a long-standing academic and institutional record in high-level
scientific organisations.
International Outlook
The OILQ collaborates with academic institutions, research laboratories, cultural centres, scientific-diplomatic entities, and international organisations.
Its global orientation promotes:
-
Interdisciplinary research networks
-
Dissemination of Greek language and culture as symbolic and scientific matrices
-
Dialogue among science, spirituality, and society
-
Creation of new educational and diplomatic paradigms grounded in the power of the Logos
A New Frontier of Knowledge
The International Observatory on Quantum Logos represents a significant advancement toward a science of the word, combining experimental rigour, symbolic depth, and ethical vision.
Its research path positions the Logos as a source of coherence, knowledge, and cultural
transformation, with applications across education, science, the arts, and diplomacy.
